This programme focuses on the study of Asia as a whole or on a region within Asia. It is accessible to students with or without competence in one or more Asian languages and is unique in the Netherlands.
Positions in journalism, publishing, international trade, marketing, business, public relations, education and development aid, or with government institutions, international organisations and NGOs. Alumni also often find employment in Asia itself.
A bachelor’s degree in a discipline from the Humanities or Social Sciences. Specialisation-specific requirements and sufficient command of a relevant Asian language may also apply.
