This programme focuses on the management and causes of (perceived) threats to security, the political and social construction of (in)security, the pattern of reactions to these threats, prevention strategies and best practices. Crisis and security are studied from a multi-actor, multidisciplinary and multi-level approach. Crisis and Security Management offers you the choice of six specialisations, each of which explores different themes from a crisis, terrorism, war and peace studies, violence, intelligence and cybersecurity perspective.
