In this Dutch-taught programme you learn to analyse and address key societal challenges of the public sector, using multiple perspectives and paying special attention to competing values and interests. Located in The Hague and connected with various Dutch (non)governmental organisations, it offers two distinct specialisations tailored to different professional experiences.

Specialisation: Politiek, Beleid en Management (daytime programme, September intake)

This programme is designed for those who have recently completed their bachelor studies and are looking to deepen their knowledge and skills in the politics, policy, and management of the public sector.

Specialisation: Bestuur en Advisering (evening programme, February intake)

This programme caters to professionals who have already gained some practical experience in the workforce and wish to advance their careers by enhancing their expertise in governance and consultancy within the public sector or outside of it.

Career

This programme prepares students for managerial and (policy) advisory positions in the (Dutch) public sector as well as for policy related jobs in the private and nongovernmental sector.

Best preparatory bachelor’s

A bachelor’s degree in public administration or a closely related discipline, such as political science.
